This year we are planning for at least 2,500 volunteers serving in the community. Timeframe Most service projects will run for 3 hours from 9:00 to noon. Childcare Childcare will be provided at the church between 8:30 and 12:30 from infant to kindergarten. Sign-ups for childcare will occur at the same time as project sign-ups. Giving The congregation will be encouraged to give on-line or drop off their tithes at the church. We will be cutting the shapes in the parking lot of the Sun Valley Campus. Serve Sunday is a great opportunity for Small Groups to serve the community and fellowship together at the same time. Here is a list of a few service projects that our small groups are doing. **If you don't see you Small Group project listed please send and e-mail to servesunday2010@gmail.com. ____________________________________________________ The Teeter Small Group will be washing cars in the Sun Valley parking lot on Serve Sunday. What a great way to serve our visitors and the community with a free car wash. ____________________________________________________ The DeGeer Small Group will be coordinating a project on campus for Project Sweet Pea. They will be making Prayer Blankets for infants in the NICU. Calling all prayer warriors!!! If you would like to serve on Serve Sunday by providing prayer support click here. Join us in the Starting Point room in Building A from 9:00 to 10:30 or from 10:30 to 12:00.
